How did First Choice Realty begin?

First Choice Realty was started in 1990 by our Broker/Owner, Bill Blanton.  Mr. Blanton had been active in the real estate business for 20 years prior to starting his own company. At that time, he had two sales associates.

His goal was to open an office that would provide quality service to the consumer while maintaining a professional and pleasant atmosphere that his sales associate would enjoy working in. With dedication, perseverance, and commitment, the company has enjoyed steady growth since the very beginning.

Our goal is to build an agent-friendly company where the company and agent can be true business partners and compliment one another.

We have worked hard to make First Choice Realty, Inc. the best choice for a real estate agent to affiliate with. Will it be the right choice for everyone? Of course not. You can’t be all things to all people. We want to make First Choice Realty, Inc. a company where you can be the best that you can be, earn a lot of money and have great quality of life. It may sound trite or clichéd, but we actually care about all of our agents.

We want to give honest, ethical and successful real estate agents a place where they can earn 100% commission for a very affordable fee. That place is First Choice Realty, Inc.
